The typo probably did not make it any clearer. But the answer to your question is yes. Take a look at the readings document (in BB readings section) and the sections are broken down by weeks. So for this section (How gangs form) students are allotted two weeks to complete the reading. And, then, that means your discussion posts should be completed prior to beginning the next section's readings. Does that clear it up?
You will receive partial credit for late discussion posts, but only through September. After that no credit will be given for late posts on the Discussion Board.
What Discussion board question is due as of 10/11, I lost track. According to the syllabus I think its how do gangs facilitate crime. But according to the posts it seems like I am a week ahead.
Discussion Question #6 "What is the relationship between gangs and victimization?" is due Oct. 11th. DQ #7 "How do gangs facilitate crime?" is due Oct. 18th.

ReplyDeleteThe partial credit given to late posts means if you posted a few hours late (not days or weeks) you will receive partial credit.
